About me:
With this blog I want to give inspiration and ideas on travel with primarily containing diving, but also other forms of destinations and adventures.
Diving is a way to get closer to nature in a not so obvious element for us humans. The oceans produce about half of the Earth's oxygen, and humans easily forget how important it is to nurture and take care of what we don't see.
For me, diving is a pure meditation and joy. For us women in particular, it is common to breathe in too short and high up in the chest instead of all the way down into the stomach. But in diving it becomes both natural and obvious to learn how to use your breathing right.
One gets an increased reverence for the invisible and unknown life, while knowledge and joy of exploring increases. While over time you feel the rush of getting better at controlling your body and knowledge over different situations, you become aware how small we are, how little we can and how little we know.
With this blog I want to give inspiration and ideas on travel with primarily containing diving, but also other forms of destinations and adventures.
My husband and I are certified Master Scuba Divers and have added specialities like Dry Suit, Nitrox, Deepdiver, Wreck diver, Peakperformance buoyancy etc.
Today the whole family is divers, and we want to increase interest and understanding of what incredible creatures we got under the surface, as well as good and less good options in eateries and accommodations you can find on the trips.
The blog gives my and my family's experience of our travels and adventures, and we hope that you who read will find something that can inspire further experience for you.
